My Story

Since I began my professional journey I’ve been lucky to have had some exciting experiences over the years. I take pride in all that I do and in the long-term relationships I’ve fostered in the process. My role in this profile was to take inbound calls for customers calling from the USA regarding their credit cards and providing them with their account information. Understanding their needs, and patiently listening to their questions while providing first call resolution, and being compliant all this while being very patient and handle each and every customer delicately giving them a warm welcome, listening to their needs. Helping with their credit and also answering their queries on their account including, not limited to basic customer support, technical support with bank website and as well as their mobile application.

Responsibilities Included making outbound calls to reputed US Insurance companies and claiming the insurance on behalf of doctors. While doctors helped customers in curing them we helped doctors get their money. Handling patient’s crucial information and handling it responsibly receiving payments and processing it. Achieved employee of the month award consecutively for 3 months and employee of the year award by the organization.
